Anti Fraud Policy

We are committed to keeping Racby fair and secure. We have zero tolerance for fraud, cheating, collusion, or attempts to misuse our services.

This Anti Fraud Policy applies to your account, payments, casino games, sports betting, and promotional activity. Please read it alongside our Terms and Conditions, AML Policy, and Privacy Policy.

We may investigate suspicious activity and restrict accounts or transactions while we complete our checks. Any action we take will follow this policy, our Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.

Game and betting manipulation. You must not knowingly exploit technical faults, incorrect prices, settlement errors, or delays in betting updates. Betting with advance knowledge of a manipulated event, or participating in the manipulation of an event or game, is prohibited.

Multiple or connected accounts. We have zero tolerance for creating, controlling, or using multiple or connected accounts. You must not share login details, account access, or devices with another Racby user, or use another person’s account to bypass restrictions.

Promotion abuse and collusion. You must not coordinate with others, misrepresent your eligibility, or use accounts or transactions to claim rewards you are not entitled to. All promotional activity must comply with the applicable offer terms.

Payment fraud. You must not use stolen or unauthorised payment details, make false payment claims, or knowingly dispute a transaction you authorised and received. This does not prevent you from reporting an unauthorised transaction or raising a genuine payment dispute.

False information and documents. You must not provide false identities, altered documents, misleading account information, or fabricated evidence during registration, verification, or an investigation.

Fraud networks and unlawful funds. You must not use Racby to participate in organised fraud, conceal criminal proceeds, or move funds for another person. Credible information about fraud involving other services may lead us to review your account.

Circumventing controls. You must not use automated tools, coordinated betting, or other methods to evade account restrictions, betting limits, or security checks. Winning consistently, using a betting strategy, or responding to ordinary odds changes does not, by itself, establish fraud.

Confirmed violations. If we establish that you have committed fraud or breached this policy, we may permanently close your account, cancel affected bets, and reverse rewards or winnings obtained through the violation. We may recover losses directly caused by your conduct where permitted by applicable law and our Terms and Conditions. Unrelated legitimate funds are not automatically forfeited.

Restrictions during a review. We may suspend betting, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or account access while we investigate suspicious activity. Restrictions may remain in place while we complete necessary checks or comply with a legal obligation.

Verification requests. We may ask you to verify your identity, confirm payment ownership, or provide information about your account activity or source of funds. You must respond within the deadline we communicate under our Terms and Conditions. Failure to cooperate may result in continued restrictions or account closure, but does not by itself mean your funds are forfeited.

Notice and confidentiality. We may act without advance notice where necessary to protect accounts, funds, or an investigation. Where legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and any action required from you. We may withhold details that would reveal security controls, compromise an investigation, or breach a legal obligation.

Reporting and recovery. We may report suspected fraud to law enforcement or other competent authorities and share relevant information with payment providers or fraud prevention services where legally permitted. We may also take legal action to recover losses. We handle these disclosures in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We assess suspected violations using our account records, transaction history, betting activity, verification results, and other relevant information. Racby’s records are conclusive for our internal assessment, subject to applicable law.

If you believe we have made a factual error, contact support@racby.com within seven days of receiving our decision. Explain the issue and provide any supporting evidence. We may maintain account restrictions while reviewing your request.

We may withhold information that would reveal security controls, compromise an investigation, disclose another person’s information, or breach a legal obligation. This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

We have zero tolerance for fraud, cheating, collusion, and deliberate misuse of Racby. Attempts to commit these acts are also prohibited, even if they do not succeed. We apply the investigation procedures and consequences described in this policy.

You must comply with this policy whenever you use Racby. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without permission, or notice activity you do not recognise, contact support@racby.com immediately. Never share your password or verification codes with anyone.
